Projet 2

In the first article I told you about two tricks to finance your projects  by MPCash and you promised to unveil more tips. Well! Here we are.

Now that you have become familiar with the MPCash language, I reveal 2 more tips today.

As a reminder, Flash Packs and Flash Boxes are MPCash's investment products, representing the participations in MPCash Participatory Electronic Tontine:

  • A flash pack( € 25 ) = a € 25  unit share taking in the crowdfunding 4.0 with a return on investment of 40%
  • A flash pack( € 100) = a € 100 unit share taking with a return on investment of 50%
  • A flash pack( €200)  = a € 200 unit share taking with a return on investment of 50%
  • A flash pack( € 800) = a € 800 unit share taking  with a return on investment of 50%
  • A flash box ( €35)     = a € 35   unit share taking  with a  return on investment of 71%
  • A great flash box( €35) = a € 35 unit share taking  with a 10% return on investment and a period of 2 months

Tip No. 1 to finance a personal project

The trick is described here as a simulation in the table below. The simulation is based on € 35, the value of a flash box is € 35. The amounts in the table are in euros. Return on investment is reinvested to buy new flash box. With 35 € of start, see yourself the power of the system after 20 reinvestments

Tip No. 2 to finance an associative or collective project

As you have guessed, the trick is a boon for associations and other professional organizations or development (P / D), especially those who contract and / or grant loans to finance community activities and / or income-generating activities of their members. The trick is described here as well as simulation in a table .The simulation is based on the flash box of 35 € with a return on investment of 71%. The result is clear.

You are a group of 50 people, 100 people, 500 people and more; no more worries about financing your projects

  1. First choose 10 people that sign up for the electronic participatory Tontine of MPCash.These 10 people will carry 10 first accounts on behalf of your organization ;
  2. Give each account 10 Flash Box (at 71% interest) and wait for the return of investment from these first 10 accounts.
  3. Collect the 71% interest on each account and register as many new people as possible by giving each one 10 Flash Boxes. The first 10 always keep each one of his 10 Flash Boxes. This is the basic principle (everyone gets 10 Flash Boxes and keeps them until everyone is covered), and then we can read it in the table, where we can see:
  • You must initially, mobilize the sum of 3500 €, corresponding to 10 times 350 €, the cost of 10 Flash Box as a capital objective to be granted to each member of the group. The money can come from the organization's fund, or collected after a special contribution, or lent to the group by a wealthier member;
  • If you are a group of 50 people, 5 rotations will be enough for each member to have 10 Flash Box as capital for their own projects; free to continue to reinvest in the tontine or to finance other projects
  • If you are a group of 100 people, 6 rotations or just reinvest more and all 100 each have 10 Flash Box, the equivalent of 350 €;
  • And if you're 500 or even more, the account is largely good after only 10 rotations.

Several variants can be determined from this approach, according to the needs, capabilities and choices of each organization.
